0 places
For under-3s, the municipality says about 46 subsidised 'semel' daycare centres are run by non-profits (Ironit, Amal, Na'amat, WIZO, Emunah, Beit Yaakov and others) under Ministry of Education supervision, alongside about 40 licensed private frameworks. Its Family Daycare Unit supervises home-based mishpachtonim for up to five children aged 3 months to 3 years. For older children, Ironit, the municipal culture company, runs tzaharonim (afternoon programmes) in gans and in schools. We list organisations only, not individual babysitters. The municipality's birth-to-3 department is on 08-9383340.
